Originally created to distribute candy to those less fortunate, it now gives us a reason to dote on someone special. Sweetest Day is a holiday celebrated primarily in the Midwest, so if you aren't from this area this might be your first!

We have a variety of special services available on Saturday.

Enjoy a 75-minute gentle, all levels, heart-centered yoga and meditation practice. Cultivate love and connection with the self, loved ones, and the world around you using postures and meditations to open the heart and create flow within the mind and body.
