Century Oaks 41, 800 Druid Rd Four applications landed together on this Druid Road site in Clearwater between October 1 and October 5: a flexible development site plan, a rezoning, a land use plan amendment and a development agreement. | BayCare Ballpark alterations and additions The Phillies' spring training ballpark at 601 North Old Coachman Road filed a flexible development application for alterations and additions to the stadium and is in front of the city's Development Review Committee. The parcel is about 38.7 acres. | KOA campground site, 95th Street North A final site plan for the campground property at 5400 95th Street North is in front of the county's Development Review Committee. At about 31.8 acres it is one of the larger single sites in active review anywhere in the county. | Broadstone Stowell, Thornton Road A flexible standard application for Broadstone Stowell covers two parcels totaling about 10.8 acres at 2881 Thornton Road in Clearwater, filed September 30. | Clearwater Yacht Club redevelopment The club filed a flexible development application for its 1.16-acre Bayway Boulevard parcel at the end of September; the city has it marked incomplete. Published reports put the new clubhouse at roughly $15 million. |
