Join us in July to CELEBRATE

National Parks and Recreation Month!

This July, North Richland Hills Parks & Recreation and the National Recreation and Park Association invite you to celebrate the individuals, spaces, and programs that cultivate a sense of community by Building Together, Playing Together in Nature Right Here!

Since 1985, Americans have celebrated Park and Recreation Month in July to promote the importance of parks and recreation in health and wellness, conservation and social equity, and to recognize the thousands of park and recreation employees who maintain our nation’s local and community parks.

North Richland Hills has over 800 acres of park land and 30 miles of trails, making the great outdoors accessible to everyone! You can always find people in our community to connect with at special events, at the NRH Centre, NRH2O Family Water Park, Iron Horse Golf Course, the NRH Senior Center and the Richland Tennis Center.
