HPL May News Brief:

Cocktails at Bellefield happening June 8!

The Friends of the Hyde Park Library are hosting another fundraiser for the Accessibility Improvement Renovations (AIR) project - and this one is at the beautiful Inn at Bellefield! Located across from the Culinary Institute of America, the new hotel features luxurious suites, an in-house market, and the Storyteller, a bar and restaurant that uses ingredients from local farms and cocktails inspired by the Hudson Valley. If you haven’t yet visited Bellefield, the Friends’ fundraiser is the perfect excuse!

The fundraiser will be held from 6-8 p.m. June 8 in the Springwood Room of the hotel, a spacious event area that opens up onto a patio. Tickets are $45 per person or $80 per couple and include charcuterie, one drink, and live music. Attendees who choose to stay at the hotel for dinner following the fundraiser will receive a 10% discount on their meal(s). Space is limited, so get your tickets now before they sell out! Buy them online here or via the library’s website.

The AIR project is a construction plan that includes the installation of an elevator in the library building, as well as other features to make the library accessible to all. Thank you to Bellefield for their generous support of the library!
