LaSante Health Center
In 2025, Collado Engineering strengthened its partnership with LaSante Health Center by delivering full MEP engineering services across four active healthcare facilities, including an optometry center. Our work supported LaSante’s continued expansion through the design of efficient, code-compliant systems for outpatient medical, dental, behavioral health, and primary care environments. From comprehensive utility assessments to Department of Health–compliant HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems, CE provided integrated engineering solutions that help advance LaSante’s mission to expand access to high-quality community healthcare.

RH (Restoration Hardware)
Collado Engineering supported RH’s continued retail expansion across the Northeast by providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for three locations, with one completed, one nearing completion, and one actively in progress. As a subconsultant, CE delivered coordinated system upgrades and fit-outs for large-scale, multi-level luxury retail spaces, including HVAC replacements, commercial kitchen exhaust systems, utility modifications, and fire protection integration. With projects spanning New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, this work highlights CE’s ability to meet aggressive schedules, adapt to existing building conditions, and support RH’s high-end design standards through reliable, performance-driven engineering solutions.

Trevor Day School Auditorium
This year CE continued its long-standing work with Trevor Day School with the renovation of the Lower School Auditorium at 1 West 88th Street. Drawing on years of collaboration and an in-depth knowledge of the campus’s systems, CE is providing MEP design to modernize the auditorium while upgrading critical building infrastructure throughout the facility. The scope includes a new auditorium HVAC system, cooling tower replacement, improved zoning and controls, and targeted heating and cooling enhancements for academic, athletic, and support spaces, delivered through a carefully phased approach to improve comfort, efficiency, and performance with minimal disruption to school operations. Phase 1 was completed in 2025, and Phase 2 is continuing in 2026.
