This month, Maine's minimum wage will rise to $15.10 per hour statewide, an increase from $14.65, with specific cities like Portland having higher local rates, such as $16.75 per hour, due to annual cost-of-living adjustments and local ordinances. The new rate also extends to agricultural workers, and tip wages increase to $7.55/hour.
