Fit Family Report

Dear Friends,

This has been holy week and Sunday will be Easter Sunday, a time to rejoice! Happy Easter and welcome to the Fit Family Report, your weekly source for health and wellness insights which I hope enhances your family's well-being. Easter is one of Christianity's principal holidays and it is meant to be a joyful time that ends a period of fasting and penitence.

Children especially enjoy the thrill of Easter basket suprises and egg hunts! It is a time of over indulgences if we are not careful, therefore, this Report covers some healthy treats and meals you may want to try.

I hope you enjoy the Fit Family Report as much as I delight in sending you news about what we can do to live happier, healthier lives. Please share this report and email me with your thoughts and suggestions.

With love,

Marta Perez, Ph.D., JD
