Medical Information Forms


As a point of clarification, the Medical Information Form posted last week in myRVC does not include or replace any required health, vision, or dental forms.

Please review and submit the Medical Information Form. If the notification remains after submission, please have the other parent/guardian in your household submit their form as well, or email info@rvcschool.org to request removal of the second required signature.

*Removing the second required signature will not affect any other permissions or access for the secondary parent/guardian.*

If any of your health forms were returned back to you as incomplete in myRVC, please ensure that you have submitted BOTH front and back of the document in the portal.

Entrusted With a Child's Heart

Open to all RVC moms!

Join us Wednesday mornings beginning on 9/16 at 8:00 AM for this fantastic study. You can anticipate a video Bible teaching lesson accompanied by follow-up discussion. Homework includes Bible verse memorization and practical application. We will meet in The Hub on Floor 3 next to the library. This class will be led by Mrs. Kristy Weidman and Mrs. Nicole Fredericksen.

All are welcome to join this transformative study. The workbook can be purchased for $50 plus tax here. Books and a detailed schedule will be hand-delivered to you at your first meeting.

We’re forming a small Family Connection Team — a handful of parents sharing the work of welcoming new families, planning gatherings, encouraging our faculty and staff, and celebrating this new community we’re building together. No experience needed, just a willingness to help RVC feel like home for every family.

Birthday Lockers — Let NJHS Help You Celebrate!

Make your student’s birthday extra fun and support National Junior Honor Society at the same time! Families can now sign up to have NJHS students decorate their student’s locker for their birthday.


Prefer to decorate yourself? That’s welcome too—please decorate after school and follow the locker guidelines. Of course, you are never obligated to decorate—your student will still be celebrated on their special day.


*All decorations must be removed by Friday (Friday birthdays may remain through the following Friday)*

The Great Teacher Hunt

On Wednesday, October 14, Middle School students are invited to stay after school for an outdoor find-the-teacher game, pizza, and treats. The cost is $10 per student.

We will begin in the Chapel at 3:15 pm. Please plan to pick up by 6:00 pm by the MS/HS entrance.


We are hoping for a handful of volunteers to assist at this event.

High School Parents and Students! Please mark your calendars for grade-level parent/student meetings, all at 7:50 am in the Chapel. This will be a great time of planning for your student's success. This meeting is mandatory for students.

Dance Lessons

Preschool - Grade 12

River Valley Theater Arts offers after-school dance classes on Fridays for students Preschool–High School. Join us this fall in our newly renovated studio!

Our fall dance session will conclude with a recital, giving students the opportunity to share what they’ve learned and celebrate their hard work.

Ages 6 - Adult

Private voice lessons are available for ages 6 – Adult, providing individualized instruction in voice techniques and skills from a professional voice teacher.

Volunteer Opportunities for Athletics Families


Athletics is looking for help with our home events! Athletics families are required to fulfill a minimum of 5 service hours for each student per sport.

Looking for a meaningful way to be part of the school day without committing to a traditional work schedule? Our Lunch & Recess Support role may be a great fit! With just a few hours in the middle of the day, this position is ideal for a stay-at-home parent, college student with availability between classes, retiree, or anyone looking for flexible, purpose-filled part-time work. You’ll spend your time encouraging our K–4 students, helping create a safe and positive environment, and becoming part of the River Valley Christian School community—all while making a difference in the lives of our students.


We also have several part-time and seasonal positions available.
