What do businesses need to know?

Penalties have been increased to conform with federal OHSA penalty levels.
Future increases are now tied to inflation.
MNOSHA Compliance citations are now public.
MNOSHA clarifying employee interviews are private.
Every public or private employer of 25 or fewer employees is required to establish and administer a safety committee if it is subject to requirements.
