I hope your summer is going well, and you are finding time to enjoy activities with family and friends.
Our transition to Fidelity for custodial services is well underway. We are working closely with our Fidelity Transition Team regarding all aspects of the transition. They are very responsive and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Many of you have already received electronic or hardcopy transition packages. If you have signed your transition package, thank you. If you have not yet signed your transition package, please do so at your earliest convenience.
If you have any questions regarding the transition, please do not hesitate to call us (401-681-4825). We want to make sure you are comfortable with the transition process.
What you should expect:
Soon after you sign your transition package, you may receive a number of emails from Fidelity as they create your profile, open your custodial accounts, and establish your preferences/instructions. These communications are a normal part of the transition process and may address topics such as those listed below.
- eDelivery Enrollment
- Phone Number Added
- Phone Number Changed
- Electronic Funds Transfers
- Standing Instruction Notices
When you begin receiving emails from Fidelity, you may register on Fidelity.com to view your profile, balances (as they transition from TD/Schwab), account statements (after the first statement cycle), and all customer communications. Click this link for instructions on how to register on Fidelity.com. The registration process is straight forward, requiring just your first and last name, date of birth and last four of your social security number.
Until your transition to Fidelity is complete, you may also receive emails from Charles Schwab (Schwab) regarding the Labor Day TD/Schwab transition - you may dismiss these communications.
Thank you for your support and patience during this transition, and the opportunity to serve you.
Please do not hesitate to call Melanie or any team member (401-681-4825) with questions you may have.
Warmest regards,
