PRIVACY UPDATE

Users now have the option to share their previous ChildCareEd training records with your group admin account when they are added to your group.

To enable this option, users can:

Log in to their ChildCareEd account.
Select Profile.
Scroll down to Privacy Settings.
Check the box to allow sharing of past training records.

If this option is not selected, the user’s previous ChildCareEd training will not be displayed in their progress report.

How to Verify Access to a User’s Previous Training

To check whether you have access to a team member’s previous ChildCareEd training records:

Log in to your account.
Navigate to Group Admin.
Select Team Management.
Click on the user’s name.

If the user has not authorized sharing their previous training records, a message will appear notifying you that access has not been granted.

If the user has enabled the privacy setting to share their previous training records, you will see the following message:
