Tech changes fast these days, and the process for setting up a new Client Portal in SafeSend has changed since our last newsletter was sent 2 weeks ago. Now when you go to sign up for a new portal, we will need to INVITE you to register. Until you receive the emailed invitation, you will get an error message when you try to sign up that says: Information entered is invalid. Please contact the firm. If you get that message, please call Toni at 303-449-3060 and she will send you the invitation to register a new portal.

We are working on inviting all of our clients who haven't yet set up a portal, so you may get an emailed invitation soon with the subject: Action required: Set up your BCPAG Client Portal.

Having a Client Portal is essential! It is where you can:

• View and complete your tax tasks in one place
• Securely access and share documents - including copies of your tax returns
• See tax payments due with corresponding payment links
• Distribute K-1s
