Mortgage interest rates rose above three percent to 3.05% this week, while inventory decreased from our seasonal highs. In Deschutes County this morning, there are 38 condos and townhomes listed and 600 single-family residences. Sales this week lagged for both condo/townhomes and single-family homes compared to this week in 2020, but only by a couple of properties. Overall sales volume has remained strong. Home sellers have shown a willingness to lower prices as we get closer to winter; good news for the buyers out there!
