Speaking of events – the next two weekends we are at The Grounds of Livev for two very different and special events:
· “Outsiders Only Show” -- Saturday, October 10th 10 AM to 3 PM – We will be showcasing two of our businesses -- OWS and BJG Designs. Tasting 10 wines from around the world along with hand-crafted goods by our team. Also meet our team and talk to us about events, tastings, wines, and more. The event includes over 50 other craft and specialty vendors. You must buy tickets in advance.
· California Dreamin’ Wine Dinner – Saturday, October 17th @ 6:30 pm – Join us for an amazing night of food, wine and conversation. Featuring the wines of Stags’ Leap Winery in Napa Valley. Our culinary team is curating a meal paired to the wines. Full menu will be released on Wednesday, October 8th. Seating is limited to 24 people.
This week, we are featuring four delicious wines. Starting with the Cliff Lede Sauvignon Blanc, a well-balanced and rich Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley which will be on our dinner tables throughout the Fall. Another staple on our weeknight table is the Tenuta Il Palagio ‘When We Dance Chianti’ from Sting and his wife Trudie. Inspired by their property in Italy, this Chianti offers up great flavor and value for an every-night glass with a meal. For those looking for fuller bodied wines, we have two wines from Textbook Winery which will fit the bill – their Napa Merlot and Paso Robles Cabernet.
