Neurointerventional Physician Compensation and Productivity Survey
SNIS continues to work diligently for the benefit of our membership. As part of that effort, SNIS has once again partnered with the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value and Education Society (NERVES) to perform the 2026 Neurointerventional Physician Compensation and Productivity Survey.
Members of NERVES and SNIS are working together to develop benchmarking for physicians whose practices focus on neurointerventional care, including information on compensation, wRVUs, and call pay.
Strong participation is essential for this survey to have an impact. As an added benefit, all participants will receive a complimentary report of the survey results. For more details on how to complete the survey, check out the recent Suite Talk.
JNIS Advances
JNIS Advances, a fully open-access companion journal to the Journal of NeuroInterventional Surgery (JNIS) is live!
JNIS Advances covers the full spectrum of neurointerventional practice, including stroke, aneurysms, brain tumors, and spinal disorders, while maintaining double-anonymized peer review and rigorous production standards.
Authors can submit manuscripts directly through the submission portal. In addition, manuscripts submitted to JNIS that are not accepted may be transferred directly to JNIS Advances through BMJ’s Article Transfer Service, along with their peer review reports. SNIS members receive a 25% discount on article processing charges as a benefit of membership.
Be sure to check it out here.
