The Park at South Stadium Successfully Secures $69.63 Million Financing for Downtown Fresno Housing Project

Kosmont Financial Services is pleased to announce the successful closing of a $69.63 million bond financing to fund The Park at South Stadium project in Downtown Fresno, California (“Project”).

The Student Residence Revenue Bonds were issued through the California Public Finance Authority and provide funding for a modern residential community that offers residents educational and lifestyle enrichment opportunities while advancing the Campus of Life charitable mission. Located adjacent to Chukchansi Park, the Project is expected to deliver 174 residential units and contribute to the continued revitalization of Downtown Fresno by delivering new housing opportunities in the City's core.
