Community News

Board Election voting is officially underway! Emails from HOA Now containing your voting information have been sent to residents. If you have not received your email yet, please take a moment to check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been filtered there.

We know a few residents have had difficulty locating their voting email, so our team is currently working on obtaining direct voting links for your convenience. We will share those links as soon as they become available to help make the voting process as easy as possible.

In the meantime, we encourage residents to get to know this year’s Board candidates before casting their vote. Click the link below to view each candidate’s photo and bio and learn more about those running for the Board of Directors.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this year’s Board Election!

Safety Spotlight

The safety of our residents is always a top priority. Please take a few moments to review these important reminders to help keep our community safe.

Help Prevent Theft

  • Always lock your vehicle, even if you are only away for a few minutes.
  • Do not leave valuables or items that appear valuable visible inside your vehicle.
  • Keep garage doors closed whenever they are unattended, even for a short period of time.
  • Lock side gates to help secure your property.

E-Bikes vs. Dirt Bikes

Please remember that only bicycles equipped with functional pedals are considered e-bikes.

  • Vehicles without pedals are classified as dirt bikes, regardless of whether they have foot pegs.
  • Dirt bikes are not permitted on community roadways, sidewalks, hiking trails, or other common areas.
  • Dirt bikes may only be operated on private property or at designated riding areas.

ATV Reminder

ATVs are not permitted on community roads, sidewalks, trails, or other common areas.

Golf Cart Safety

If you operate a golf cart on public roadways, please ensure it meets all legal requirements.

  • Golf carts must display the required registration decal.
  • A safety orange or reflective slow-moving vehicle triangle must be displayed on the rear of the golf cart.
  • Drivers must possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Children should never operate a golf cart on public roadways.

Follow the Rules of the Road

When operating a bicycle, golf cart, or other permitted vehicle on public roadways, you must obey all traffic laws, including:

  • Stopping at stop signs and red lights.
  • Yielding the right-of-way when required.
  • Using proper hand signals when turning.

Failure to follow traffic laws may result in the operator being found at fault in the event of an accident.

Crosswalk Safety

Before entering a crosswalk, make sure the driver of any approaching vehicle has seen you. Establish eye contact whenever possible before crossing, as drivers may be looking in another direction and may not notice pedestrians until it is too late.

Thank you for doing your part to help keep The Groves a safe place for everyone!

Rootin' Around

Here are some exciting activities happening around the neighborhood. Check them out below!

The Groves Club Corner

As The Groves continues to grow, we are consistently exploring new opportunities to enhance resident life through meaningful programs, including clubs and groups that support an active, connected, and engaging lifestyle. Our goal is to create spaces where residents can come together, build relationships, and enjoy shared interests within the community.

Below is a current list of community clubs and groups that are open to all residents. We encourage everyone to explore these opportunities and participate in activities that align with their interests.

If you do not see a club or group that fits your interests but would like to help start one, we welcome new ideas and resident involvement. Please email Taylor, our Lifestyle Associate, to learn more about how to create a new club or group and bring your idea to life within the community!

The Groves Marketplace

All upcoming Groves Marketplace dates have been canceled until further notice.

We would like to clarify that the conclusion of The Groves Marketplace was not the result of a decision by the market operator to consolidate or pursue other growth opportunities. The Groves terminated its relationship with the operator following an incident involving unauthorized access to a community amenity and conduct that was inconsistent with established community policies, expectations and standards.

While we will not be providing additional details regarding the incident, we want our residents to understand that the decision to terminate the relationship was taken seriously in order to uphold the policies and standards established for our community.

We understand that The Groves Marketplace has been enjoyed by many of our residents, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this adjustment.

Our team will be evaluating opportunities to bring a similar marketplace experience back to The Groves in the future. Should additional information or future marketplace dates become available, we will be sure to share those updates with the community.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of The Groves community.
