Thank you, Volunteers!

April is Global Volunteer Month and April 20-26 is National Volunteer Week! Both Global Volunteer Month and National Volunteer week are fantastic times to celebrate the power of service and community that lies at the very heart of our mission!

As Optimists, this month presents a special opportunity to double down on our commitment to positive action. We encourage every Club and every member to actively engage in volunteer efforts throughout April.

Early Bird registration for the 2025 Optimist International Convention runs through May 1st. Starting May 2nd, the registration rate will increase by $50 per person.

Also note that the cutoff date to make reservations at the convention hotel is June 6th. Rooms are subject to availability, so booking early is recommended.

Important Hotel Booking Tip: When making your room reservation online, after you select your arrival and departure dates and the number of people staying in the room, be sure to click the 'Update' button to see the correct availability and rates before finalizing your booking.
