Community Partnership with Berwyn Featured on CBS 2 Chicago News (Watch Coverage Above)

Community partnerships are important in the effort to treat and prevent homelessness. Berwyn Police Department recently created a video together with BEDS Plus that demonstrated how the city's partnership with BEDS helps Berwyn respond to those experiencing homelessness in a more efficient way.

The Street Outreach team at BEDS regularly visits areas within the city where those experiencing homelessness tend to gather. The team offers food and resources, with the goal of encouraging people to accept shelter.
