Why This Partnership Matters
By Nichelle Mosley
Teaching the Rest of Us About Building Right
There is a question I've been asked more than any other about the upcoming
WHOLE • Breath, Mirror, Sound™ Practitioner Certification—held the day after the NASNPRO Pennsylvania event this November—is:
"Why is it only $197?"
It's a fair question... and there's a very intentional reason behind it.
The honest answer requires backing up further than pricing. For years, our profession trained us to focus almost exclusively on products, protocols, and ingredients. What we were never taught, not in cosmetology school, not esthetics school, and not in most advanced certifications, is that a huge portion of treatment outcomes are shaped by something underneath, all of it: the state of the client's nervous system. When someone arrives at your table dysregulated, their skin behaves differently. Their sensitivity shifts. Their perception of pain and pressure shifts. Their healing timeline shifts. If the nervous system is part of the outcome, it has to be part of the treatment. That's not a philosophy. That's the actual mechanism.
WHOLE • Breath, Mirror, SoundTM exists to close that gap- breath regulation, mirror work, sound integration, and client co-regulation, taught as clinical skills you can use starting the same week you learn them, not abstract wellness concepts layered on top of your real work.
Which brings me back to the $197.
Accessibility was never negotiable, because education like this shouldn't only belong to practitioners who can afford premium pricing. It should reach the ones ready to actually change how they care for people, regardless of budget. A certification that only the already-successful can access isn't closing the gap I just described.
It's just moving the gap somewhere else.
I'm incredibly grateful the entire NASNPRO team. Together, we've spent months thoughtfully designing a certification experience that brings this work directly to practitioners without compromising quality or integrity. Every detail mattered—from the curriculum and learning environment to the materials, practitioner kit, and price point. It all had to align with the vision. Denise R. Fuller, fellow esthetician and Founder of NASNPRO, doesn't just talk about empowering estheticians through brand-neutral education—she lives it. She creates space for it, invests in it, and continually champions opportunities that elevate our profession. That kind of partnership is rare. And it's exactly the kind of partnership this work needed in order to be offered with the care, purpose, and integrity it deserves.
Here's where I want to connect this directly to your own client appreciation season and event marketing planning, because this partnership is a working example, not just another announcement. Client appreciation done well is never a discount code bolted onto a holiday calendar in November because the calendar said so. It's a genuine offering built around what your specific community actually needs, priced so the people who need it most can actually say yes, the same principle behind why this certification isn't $997. If you're building your own appreciation event or holiday retail push this season, ask the same question I had to ask about this certification: who does this actually serve, and does the price reflect that, or does it reflect what I think I'm supposed to charge?
When you register for November 2nd, you're not just learning breath, mirror, and sound work. You're stepping into a room built on the belief that clinical excellence and human connectionaren't competing priorities, we'll practice together, not just listen. Breathe together. Regulate together. Feel directly what changes when safety is present in the room. You'll leave with tools that slot into your existing protocols immediately, nothing to reinvent, nothing to abandon, just a way to help the treatments you already offer work better because the nervous system underneath them finally has room to cooperate. This isn't about achieving perfection in the treatment room. It's about presence in it. When you put an authentic, heart-centered signal into the world, the right partnerships find you, not because of hustle, but because the values were aligned before the timing ever was. I'm deeply grateful we're building this together, and even more excited for the practitioners who walk into that Philadelphia room on November 2nd, ready to leave differently than they arrived.
