Periwinkle's Toy Shoppe Celebrates 4th Anniversary!

This holiday season, Periwinkle’s Toy Shoppe is celebrating four

magical years of sparking joy, imagination, and play in the Camas community!

To mark this milestone, this beloved downtown toy shop is inviting families to join the celebration and to rediscover the fun of shopping local for one-of-a-kind gifts this holiday season. Since opening in 2021, Periwinkle’s Toy Shoppe has become a favorite destination for families seeking something special— from classic toys that spark nostalgia to new, creative finds that inspire imagination. The shop’s shelves are filled with carefully chosen toys, games, puzzles, and gifts for all ages, making it a place where play and wonder come to life.

To celebrate its four-year anniversary, Periwinkle’s Toy Shoppe will host a special birthday celebration on November 2nd featuring gift with purchase for first 10 customers (it’s a good one!), giveaways, exclusive discounts, and fun all day. Jazzercise Pink Out in Downtown Camas!

What's Coming Up at the Library

Monday, October 20th @ 6PM

Join us for a fun and low-pressure prep event designed especially for elementary school teams participating in the Camas School District's Book Bowl competition.

During this session, teams will rotate through a variety of activities to help them get ready for the big event.

Wednesday, October 22nd @ 2:30PM

Get ready for Halloween with this fun program just for preschoolers! Kids can “practice” trick-or-treating in a safe and playful environment while exploring festive dramatic play and sensory activities. We’ll also include a special focus on Halloween safety so kids (and their grown-ups!) feel ready for the big night.

Costumes are welcome but not required.

Saturday, October 25th @ 6PM

Get ready for a night of frightful fun at Haunted Happenings, our special after-hours Halloween celebration for ghosts and ghouls of all ages! Explore our Haunted Library, play a few rounds of Boo Bingo, get creative with Halloween crafts, and enjoy not-too-scary stories (perfect for all ages).
