Dear School Principal,
I hope you and your family are well and enjoying a pleasant, refreshing, and productive summer.
As summer progresses, preparations for the new school year are already on the horizon. This is perhaps the busiest—and certainly the most important—time of the year, as the planning and groundwork we lay now will have a profound impact on the success of the coming school year. The better we prepare today, the greater our success will be tomorrow.
In response to requests from many school principals, it is my pleasure to enclose a comprehensive professional school curriculum—the first of its kind in Jewish educational history.
This curriculum is part of "The Key to the World of Education – Encyclopedia Research for School Principals" (Third Edition).
It is being provided as a fully editable Microsoft Word document, ready for immediate implementation. Each principal is welcome to adapt and customize it according to the unique needs, philosophy, and vision of his school.
There is absolutely no charge for this curriculum. It is offered as a contribution toward strengthening Jewish education and assisting school leaders in their vital and sacred mission.
Over the past several years, this curriculum has been successfully implemented by hundreds of Jewish schools across North America, Europe, Israel, South America, Australia, and South Africa, representing a broad spectrum of educational institutions, communities, and countries. The positive feedback received from principals and educators has demonstrated its practical value and effectiveness, while also providing valuable insights that are being incorporated into the forthcoming revised and expanded edition.
At the same time, I would like to note that this curriculum was originally written several years ago. Since then, we have been deeply engaged in preparing the Fourth Edition of "The Key to the World of Education – Encyclopedia Research for School Principals," a greatly expanded and thoroughly updated encyclopedia that is expected to exceed 7,000 pages.
As part of this major project, the next chapter will be devoted to a complete revision and expansion of the school curriculum itself. Once the updated edition is ready, we will be pleased to send it to you as well, entirely free of charge.
Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that the new curriculum will include not only a comprehensive academic curriculum, but—more importantly—a comprehensive educational curriculum.
In recent articles, we have emphasized the urgent need for today's educational system to focus not only on academic excellence, but also on developing our students emotionally, socially, morally, and personally, equipping them with the skills, values, character, and life tools they need to succeed throughout their lives.
This is not an optional enhancement or an added bonus—it is an absolute necessity. To a significant degree, it is even more fundamental than academic instruction itself. Educational development is the foundation upon which lasting academic success is built. Without a strong educational foundation, sustained academic achievement becomes far more difficult to attain.
Enclosed are links to two recently published articles and letters, available in both Hebrew and English. They speak for themselves and clearly present this vision, requiring little further explanation.

With G-d's help, as we prepare the new edition of our curriculum, we intend to dedicate a comprehensive section to this Educational Curriculum initiative. This unique project will outline the principles, objectives, and practical strategies for nurturing well-rounded, confident, compassionate, responsible, and resilient students.
Also enclosed are several highlights of the topics and initiatives that will be incorporated into this educational curriculum.
