CYSHCN (pronounced "shin") is Erie County's Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs program.

Night at the Museum with CYSHCN: Family Resource Fair

Saturday, September 12, 2026

5:30-8:30 pm

Buffalo Museum of Science

1020 Humboldt Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14211

We welcome families with children and youth (birth-21) who have special health care needs, with or without a diagnosis, who could benefit from coordination and support for services. This community-centered, sensory-friendly event connects families with essential services, local programs, and valuable resources and information.

Enjoy FREE admission to the museum, community resources, dinner, and activities for the whole family. Parents and caregivers can also get trained in Narcan use and hands-only CPR.

Transportation needed? Register by September 2 and we will provide NFTA bus passes for CYSHCN-enrolled families, while supplies last.

Come with questions or just to learn what services these community organizations can provide while you and your family members enjoy all the fun of the museum.

Registration is required. To register, scan the QR code on the flyer, visit bit.ly/eriecountynatm2026, or call 716-858-1920.
