Transfiguration Sunday
Together, We Rise in Resilience
Luke 9:28-36
For many of us, music helps to sustain and strengthen us in our daily lives and in the midst of every struggle. Join us on Sunday morning for worship services full of songs – choir anthems, spirituals, hymns, and folk music – as we also look at the story of the Transfiguration of Jesus, when the door of heaven cracked open with light so bright,
the disciples saw Jesus shine.
After 10:30 a.m. worship, we’ll gather in Plymouth Hall for the Annual Meeting of our congregation. We’ll start with a meal. Activities and pizza for kids are available in
Grace Gallery.

Join the Church and Community Protest
Monday, 3/3 at 11:45 a.m. | NOAA-NIST
| Many are deeply troubled by recent actions by the Administration. While citizen protests alone won't turn things around, speaking out can bolster those in elected office who are fighting for democratic values, those in public service who simply want to do their jobs, and those of us seeking some sense of purpose, lest we acquiesce. You may wish to join Former Congressman David Skaggs on Monday, March 3, at 11:45 to take a stand for what we believe outside the NOAA-NIST "campus" on South Broadway. Signs will be welcome. City authorities have been notified. | | |
