When?

November 12, 2026 to February 18, 2027

Thursday Nights,

7:00 to 8:30 pm, Central Time

(There are no meetings on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.)

What?

This 12-week group workshop is for men who want to

  • Rebuild trust
  • Become empathetic instead of defensive
  • Learn how to respond to your partner's triggers
  • Recognize your own and your partner’s feelings
  • Determine & meet your partner’s needs to recover
  • Handle conflict effectively
  • Develop intimacy emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, physically, and sexually

Participants will complete the empathy workbook, HELP.HER.HEAL, to help their partners heal from their sexual betrayal.

The group format is to read and complete the workbook exercises assigned each week before group. At group, the main principles of the reading will be taught with videos and PowerPoint. The group will then discuss their answers to the exercises. A group text will follow each group session for further discussion and support.

Limited to ten participants.
