Well-established passive Debt Purchaser with decades of experience is winding down and will entertain offers for its inventory of paying and non-paying Judgments or the entities that own the accounts. Most of the Judgments were originally Visa and Mastercard accounts that were litigated by a major banking institution, reduced to Judgment and purchased directly. Seller also has a small portfolio of contingency placements and several licenses that are available.
In 2025, gross/net collections on the owned Judgments were $1,013,816 / $791,961. A full payment history for 2025 and 2026 for accounts in the sale population is included with the Bid Materials.
All of the Judgments are in the hands of law firms and in various stages of collection. They may be recalled from the current law firms. Many of the Judgments have liens in place - information is included in the data file. All files will include a comprehensive Case History Report, Statement of Account including payment history, Judgment copy and renewal documents (if applicable). Samples are included with the Bid Materials.
Chain of Title to the Issuers is available on all accounts. The Seller will entertain state specific offers.
