Dear Learning Plus Tutoring families,

I hope everyone is enjoying October's fall magic. Before we get lost in the upcoming holidays, I wanted to encourage parents to stay invested with their students' education. This is the perfect time to strengthen study skills; especially older students, like 8th graders who want to ace the High School Placement Test (HSPT) to improve their chances of admission to the private high school of their choice.

High School Placement Test Dates

I have reached out to the Admissions Offices of the following schools to confirm the dates and times of the HSPT. I highly recommend registering your student to take the test at their first-choice school.

Learning Plus One-Day HSPT Prep Courses

In this one-day intensive workshop, students sit a complete mock exam and attend small-group sessions targeted to improve their lowest-scoring test sections. For many students, this is their first long-form standardized test. The chance to take the complete exam in real time is invaluable to increasing their comfort level and stamina on the day of the High School Placement Test.
