Dear Sea Pines Property Owner,
This afternoon, May 17, we mailed out a referendum package to eligible participating property owners. This referendum is a vote to amend the 1974 Covenants and raise funds for critical needs within Sea Pines. I hope by now you have all heard about this important referendum.

In your referendum mailing package you will receive the amendment, an introductory letter, the Call for Referendum by the Resort, CSA and ASPPPO and your ballot. The Fifth Amendment, which you will be voting on, as well as other documents to be considered, can be viewed by

Sea Pines is over 63 years old and we are facing a shortfall of funds to address our critical needs. Funding a solution to care for and maintain Sea Pines properly requires a community referendum, with 75% support of those voting. Your CSA Board and CSA Staff are committed to caring for and maintaining our community as it was intended to be maintained. The passage of this funding referendum is necessary to allow us to address long deferred and deteriorating conditions and assure that Sea Pines continues as a preeminent resort, residential and recreational community.
