For the weekend of the June 18 Poor People’s Campaign rally in DC, the WILPF Board is meeting in person in Fairfax, Virginia, near Washington, D.C. Following the June 18 rally, on Sunday and Monday, the Board will meet:
Sunday, June 19 – 11:00 am –12:45 pm EDT
and continuing, 3:45 – 6:15 pm EDT
Monday, June 20 – 10:30 am – 12:30 pm EDT
WILPF US members are welcome to a special board luncheon on Sunday.
After rallying on Saturday, the Board invites WILPF members in the area and gathered for the rally to an in-person luncheon on Sunday, June 19. We’ll commemorate Juneteenth with each other, enjoy a meal together, and all share ideas for future plans for WILPF.
Also, the board meeting sessions will be available via zoom for WILPF members. For information on the luncheon, the board meeting zoom link, and other details, please email Secretary@wilpfUS.org no later than Friday, June 17, 2022.
