WaveBox-119

Featuring AMD Versal™ RF VR1902

We're excited to announce the BittWare WaveBox-119, a high-density direct RF platform built around the AMD Versal RF VR1902 adaptive SoC supporting direct RF operation from DC to 18 GHz. Combining 16 ADC channels, 16 DAC channels, extensive FPGA resources and high-bandwidth networking in a compact 1U system, WaveBox-119 helps accelerate development and deployment of next-generation RF processing applications.

This is a preliminary product, with specifications subject to change. Get in touch for pricing and availability details.

16× ADCs and DACs

16 ADC channels at 8 GSPS/14-bit and 16 DAC channels at 16 GSPS/14-bit, with front-end options including filtering and amplification for targeted Nyquist-zone operation.

More Digital Logic

Compared to previous-generation RFSoCs, AMD Versal RF provides substantially greater logic resources, enabling more signal processing, networking, and application functionality within a single device.

800+ Gbps I/O

Two 400G-capable QSFP56-DD ports, along with dual SFP56 ports, provide more than 800 Gbps of aggregate networking bandwidth.

Chassis Features

Featuring a compact 1U half-depth form factor, dual redundant hot-swappable power supplies, front and rear utility I/O, and NEBS environmental specifications for satcom, instrumentation, and rugged-system development.

Who It's For

We designed WaveBox-119 for customers seeking to take advantage of AMD's newest Versal RF technology. Applications include satellite ground stations, naval and defense systems, test & instrumentation, and development programs evaluating future ruggedized or environmentally hardened implementations.

WaveBox-119 is expected to serve both as a deployable RF processing platform and as a development environment for custom chip-down designs.

We're looking to help customers get started with next-generation direct RF solutions that deliver wider analog bandwidth, greater logic density, and the design and manufacturing strength of Molex.
