January 2024 Newsletter

Happy New Year! We hope this newsletter finds you well and having a great start to your 2024. We nearly delayed this update until next month...but thankfully was able to carve out some time tonight for a brief update.

January is busy as always with year end tasks and intense cooperation with our factory engineers as we wrap up projects set to leave on the final boat before CNY. So needless to say, we're burning the candle at both ends...again.

The last container finally arrived in mid-December after a 2 week Customs hold...but we still hit Christmas so we're happy. Unfortunately the Exam fees were extreme, and the damage to the units, mostly the Mack B Rescues was nearly impossible to bear. If you did not receive your Mack B Rescue, we will finish the replacement production asap to minimize the delay. Thanks for your patience.

This month we're releasing new models for Memphis, FDNY and Ventura County. Scroll down to see the schedule for the remainder of January.

As we look forward in 2024, we're excited about additional new departments including Kern County, CA....where it all started about 10 years ago. A sneak peek of the new Enforcer Pumper is below, and will release sometime in February.

More to come in next month's newsletter. For now, I wish you all a great January!
