It's Take Care Tuesday!
Today's Suggested Activity
Kindness to Self

It's time to take (or make a plan to take) a little time for self-care! A "Kindness to Self" activity can be anything that brings you inner peace, calms your body, allows you to be reflective, or just brings you joy. Whether it be practicing mindfulness or meditation, doing some form of physical activity, pampering yourself, or taking time to enjoy one of your favorite hobbies, it is important to give yourself time to reconnect with and be kind to YOURSELF! (this is equally important for kids too!)

Below you can find our Self-Care Bingo page to help you come up with ideas and track how many ways you can show yourself some kindness today and all week long! (You can also click HERE to view and print).
