We are excited to welcome the dynamic and energetic Bergmann Piano Duo to Orcas Island on Saturday, June 10 at 7:00pm. The duo’s repertoire spans many centuries and genres, including works by Bach, Ravel, Rachmaninoff, Piazzolla, Ellington, Brubeck, Corea, Rossini, Gershwin, Bernstein, Waters, Gilmour, and Mercury.

Elizabeth and Marcel Bergmann have brought audiences to their feet internationally in duo-piano concerts, double concertos with major orchestras, and in festivals across North America, Europe, and Asia and soon at Orcas Center! They received first prize at the International Chamber Music Competition in Caltanissetta, Italy, were laureates of The 4th Murray Dranoff International Two Piano Competition, and performed extensively in Germany as members of the young artists’ roster of Yehudi Menuhin–Live Music Now.

The Duo will be joined by the vivacious Lisa Bergman – yes, a third Bergman(n)! and the dynamic Jon Kimura Parker to perform a mystery work!
