3 - 5 p.m.

A priest is available during office hours for the blessing of items, spiritual direction, and confession. The office is located next to The Grotto Interpretive Center.

Heavenly Father,

As the Festival of Lights prepares to shine brightly, we give thanks for the wonderful volunteers whose generous hearts make this beautiful celebration possible. Bless each person who gives their time, talents, and love to welcome visitors and share the joy of the Christmas season.

Through the light of Christ and the loving intercession of Mary, may every volunteer help make The Grotto a place of faith, hope, and wonder for all who visit.

Elevator Modernization Underway

Upper Gardens Temporarily Closed

The Upper Gardens will be temporarily closed through the end of January while the elevator is modernized. 

The modernization project will increase speed and occupancy by replacing mechanical, electrical, and safety systems with state-of-the-art components. 

The Plaza Level will remain OPEN.

The plaza level includes the Chapel, Grotto, St. Peregrine Shrine, Gift Shop, Interpretive Center, Stations of the Cross path, and more.

And the Christmas Festival of Lights returns Friday, Nov. 27!

Volunteers Needed for Festival of Lights

The Festival would not be a success without our wonderful volunteers! Sign up for multiple shifts or just one.

We are looking for volunteers for positions inside and out. Most positions require standing, and those with outdoor positions will need to dress for the weather.
