Assessment Info

At Emory Crossing, assessments are billed quarterly.

Q3 Assessments posted July 1st, 2026

The new BUURT Portal requires an updated login.

You cannot use your old VMS login for BUURT.

For your convenience, we encourage you to set up auto-pay so you never have to worry about missing a payment date. It's a simple step that offers peace of mind all year long.

Late fees are assessed. There is no grace period for the Master Assessment.

Pool Safety & Courtesy

Courtesy To Others Reminder:

Please keep music to a reasonable volume level. Be mindful of others at the pool who may not share your same tastes. Playing music is fine, but keep it clean and close to your area.

Apparel Reminder:

Rule 14: Appropriate attire must be worn at all times when using the Swimming Pool. No tee backs (thongs), cutoffs, or street clothes are allowed.

The office has noticed inappropriate swimwear at the pool. Please remember, the pool is for all to enjoy. You can be asked to leave, which is not something anyone wants.

Landscaping Tips & Tricks

Concerns and requests from the homeowners:

  • Lawn maintenance - mowing weeds makes the issue worse as it spreads seeds and runners (roots). Please treat the weeds.
  • Shrubs are meant to be shrubs, not trees. Please maintain these to a neat condition and an appropriate height.
  • Trees are meant to be trees, not shrubs. Please remove all suckers. Trees should be gradually pruned up to ADA requirements.
  • Parking - please be respectful to your fellow neighbors. Park in your driveway/garage. Do not block sidewalks - this is an ADA compliance issue. Do not park in Fire Lanes at any time.
  • Plastic sheds - got one? Go ahead and remove it. It is not a permitted material. See our Design Guidelines - 1st Amendment for more info. Then submit the ARC application.

Do not just mow the weeds. Treat or pull them. Ridding your yard of weeds makes yard maintenance significantly easier and cheaper to manage.

Shrubs - Landscaping is required to stay in a neat and maintained manner. Please make sure your shrubs are properly trimmed.

Trees - Trees need to have suckers removed ASAP. Trees need to be pruned up to a minimum of 8' feet. If the tree is over a sidewalk, it must be trimmed up to 14' feet. Please seal the cuts appropriately. We recommend contacting an arborist for this service.

Fence Stain - Approved color is Wood Defender, Color: 200 Series, Semi-Transparent Sierra.

Dead Trees - Remove dead trees ASAP. They should be replaced with the same species, unless otherwise approved.

Trash/Recycling Bins - Store them out of view when it is not trash day. If you have an alley, you may store them on the driveway near the garage door. You may not store them at the alleyway.
