MTC Tech Transformation Conference & BCPS Student Expo

This month was filled with a lot of conferences and events, and a lot of opportunities to be face to face with the present and future of IT.

First, we participated in the 6th Annual Technology Transformation Conference from Maryland Tech Council. We partnered with Dell to show off their new generative AI solutions! This technology was the talk of the conference, and we can't wait to explore it more ourselves, and with customers.

The second event we were really excited to participate in was a BCPS Student Expo. Our team had a blast talking to students interested in IT careers. Our engineers were able to open the minds of students to all of the opportunities IT has for them. We look forward to doing more of these in the future!

SupportAssist for Business PCs 4.5.3.25254 is now available for download from TechDirect. Upgrade to the latest version to get the most out of your management solution - get the latest features and benefits. Dell recommends upgrading as soon as possible.

Additionally, Dell Support Assist for Business PCs 3.5.0.x version will expire on April 30th, 2025.
