Call for Fragrance - Streets of Berlin

Berlin is unique, vibrant, international and creative. This year, we are dedicating the Call for Fragrance to the streets of Berlin, with its vibrant atmosphere, iconic sights and special attitude to life. Immerse yourself in the city and be inspired.

Together with the DGP, SEPAWA e.V. is looking for extraordinary fragrance creations. We invite you to express the lively atmosphere of the "Streets of Berlin" through a unique fragrance experience.

The three winning fragrances will be presented on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 2:00 pm in Foyer 1 at the Fragrance Lounge.

Call for Fragrance

Under the motto "Streets of Berlin" we are looking for unique fragrance creations.

The fragrance should reflect the special essence of a Berlin street, its atmosphere and the typical lifestyle of its district.

Please note: Several fragrance suggestions can be turned in per company. We particularly invite young talents to apply.

How to do:

Please send an email with the following information:

• Name of perfumer

• Company address

• Name of creation & fragrance inspiration

• Fragrance family & fragrance pyramid

The fragrance samples as EDT 10-15 % (4 per fragrance of min. 10 ml) must be sent to us in neutral flacons.

Jury

The decision on the fragrance creations is made by an independent, neutral expert jury of the DGP and SEPAWA® e.V. The fragrances are evaluated and selected in neutral flacons in a non-public session.

Evaluation Criteria

Fragrance creations are submitted anonymously to the jury. This year, the focus will be on the interpretation of the theme, originality and creativity.

Conditions & Participation Fees

Persons and/or companies that participate in the SEPAWA® CONGRESS 2024 are eligible to participate, be it as an exhibitor or as a visitor. The winning/selected companies provide approx. 5 kg of Perfume Oil on their own expense. They may receive 500 roll-ons for their own advertising efforts from Thursday, 17 October 2024 for a service charge of € 1,000, upon request.

On the day of the Fragrance Event, the respective person/ company must give a short fragrance presentation of about 5 minutes.
