In our June 1st blast, we announced a shift in our property maintenance approach, which includes an emphasis on being proactive and helpful by providing assistance services for residents with property maintenance needs. After our initial walkthrough of the neighborhood, we asked residents to address three main issues by June 22nd: residual weeds, trash bins in the carport, and other items in the carport.
Recently, our property maintenance team completed another walkthrough of the whole neighborhood, and courtesy letters are currently being delivered to those residents who still have these issues, as well as blown lamppost lights.
Good news! Our property maintenance team is providing courtesy residual weed cleanup and replacement light bulbs and installation for those who need assistance, with the resident's permission. Please take advantage of these free services and resolve these issues before July 31st to avoid receiving a violation, which may eventually result in a monetary fine.
If you received a courtesy letter or simply have a question regarding maintenance, we can assist.
