What a week...

We wanted to reach out to our Float Spa community to update you.

As you can imagine we are navigating all the changes as they happen. This time the published Coronavirus Legislation means we have more guidance on what we can and cannot do and we have spent the past week trying to understand what this means for us as a business and you as our clients.

We do have some good news as certain treatments can resume providing there is a clinical need for treatment, all sessions require a consultation call in advance to assess the need and ensure we are fully compliant with the new legislation.

All the existing yoga timetable is online and the teachers are delivering the classes via the Fitgrid/Zoom Platform - it's been lovely to see your faces on screen.

This is our brand new offering, we are always asked 'which is the right yoga practice for me', 'what class should I start with as a beginner'. It's very difficult as everyone's beginner level is very different, and we are full aware of joining an in-person class can feel daunting at first. So our online beginners courses are 6 sessions long, are available online and cost £50 for the course. Our wonderful teachers have designed all 6 sessions and when in-person classes resume, you get the benefit of having the confidence to join in.

Beginners courses include: Hatha Flow & Restore, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Flow - but note more courses are being created and added in the coming weeks.

This has been something we have wanted to do for a while, Camille our founder is also a meditation teacher and has been hosting free daily guided meditations at 9:45am Monday to Friday. Each session is 10 minutes long and is the perfect start to your day - book via the timetable and you will be sent the usual Fitgrid/Zoom link.

Christmas is such a special time of year. We have a special offer of gift vouchers, if you buy 2 single float gift vouchers you receive one free too. This can be purchased on our website - add two gift vouchers and then you will be sent one via email.

It's finally complete... You can now buy our wonderful Epsom salts, bath bombs, gift boxes and much more from our online shop. Everything is available click and collect. Collection is between 9:30am - 2:30am Monday to Friday.

This project has been incredibly successful and is continuing throughout this second lockdown and for the foreseeable to book visit their website.
