Spring is about renewal,

growth, and new beginnings.

Invite Fresh Energy Into Your Life

with This Easy Cleansing Ritual

Hello Beautiful Soul,

When talking about doing a thorough spring cleaning, most people visualize dusting, disinfecting, and de-cluttering,

but don't forget . . .

it's also the perfect time to give your energy field a refresh.

One of my favorite ways to clear my energy field is a beautiful ritual known as smudging.

I smudge every day at the shop, setting my intentions and allowing time for the smoke to cleanse and bless the space.

When customers come in, they can feel the positive energy, and always say, "It smells so good in here!"

Your energy field includes your emotional, energetic, mental, spiritual, and physical body, as well as your environment.

Stagnant or negative energy can have extremely detrimental effects on your mental and physical space.

Smudging helps combat this negativity, clear the energy in your field, and help you start anew.

You can smudge as often as you feel it is needed.

Originating from Indigenous cultures all over the world, smudging is more than just a spiritual ritual; it’s a way to connect with nature and the seasons.

Each season carries its own unique energies, making it the perfect time to perform seasonal smudging rituals.

Smudging with sage is like taking an energetic shower, or doing a deep metaphysical cleansing.

The smoke from dried sage actually changes the ionic composition of the air, and has a direct effect on reducing our stress response.

White sage has long been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant.

The calming and relaxing scent of palo santo is known for its medicinal healing properties, including soothing cold and flu symptoms, and decreasing joint pain and inflammation.

This is the smell of thousands of years of spiritual communion and ritual.

Below is my 4-page smudging guide with tips, instructions, and affirmations (included in every package) to help you create harmony within yourself and your environment.

Smudging rituals serve as powerful tools

for self-reflection, cleansing old energies from our lives, and inviting new opportunities.
