Churchwide Work Day set for Oct. 17 - We need all hands on deck!

MC3 will host a major workday on Saturday, Oct. 17. Here are the key details:



• Light breakfast starts at 8 a.m., with work beginning at 8:30 a.m.
• Work has been divided into six big areas, and an MC3 deacon will serve as a team leader for each set of projects.
• We need as many participants as possible. Click on the SIGN-UP LINK below to serve.

Sermon Title: Repentance

Scripture: Luke 19:1-10

Ever make a wrong turn? I do it all the time, even WITH GPS; that’s how bad my sense of direction is. But what do I do when I inevitably make a wrong turn? I turn around and head back the other way. In the same way, repentance is turning from our sinful ways and chasing after the Lord and how He wants us to live. Join us Sunday as we highlight the importance of repentance in our journey to walk one step closer to Jesus.

THE CHOSEN: SEASON 6 VIEWING PARTY AT MC3! 

Our Wednesday night gathering on September 30 will look a little different—and we’d love for you to join us!

 6:30 PM — Potluck Dinner

 7 PM SHARP — Season 6, Episode 1

 8–8:15 PM — Optional Discussion

We’ll gather in the sanctuary and make it a cozy family viewing night, so bring your camp chairs, bean bags, blankets or whatever makes you comfortable!

Kids are welcome to watch with their families. Please note that this season moves into the events surrounding Jesus’ arrest and crucifixion, and Episode 1 contains a brief scene of violence. If you prefer your child not to watch, childcare will be available.

The episode is just under an hour, so we expect the viewing to finish around our normal 8 p.m. ending time. If you can hang around a few extra minutes, we’ll have a short time of discussion and reflection until approximately 8:15 PM.
