We are currently marketing a UCC foreclosure auction scheduled for October 16, 2026, involving membership interests in an LLC owning land improved with a cinema and restaurant building in Monroe, North Carolina.

Mark T. Owens, as Trustee of the Banyan Tree Irrevocable Trust Dated March 7, 2006, is the current owner of 100% of the membership interests in Monroe Cinemas, LLC and pledged those interests to the secured party.

Monroe Cinemas, LLC owns the commercial real estate located at 1905 and 1911 Dickerson Boulevard in Monroe, North Carolina. The property consists of approximately 1.98 acres and is improved with a cinema and restaurant building totaling approximately 25,488 square feet.

The underlying property is described for informational purposes to assist prospective bidders in evaluating the membership interests being offered. The real estate itself is not being sold at the UCC auction.
