Belief Backer Program Launch in El Paso

When the Belief Backer program kicked off in June across all MIC companies, the El Paso project decided to start asking each Superintendent to select one team member that portrayed one of the beliefs on a weekly basis. The winning employees receive a Belief Backer sticker for that belief and are each recognized at the Monday safety meeting. Their pictures are then taken and displayed in the safety trailer. Great job team El Paso, way to kick off the Belief Backer program in a big way and recognize your site for living our beliefs! Is your project living the beliefs? Lowman Rescue Training

Ensuring our workforce is prepared in the event of an emergency situation is of vital importance to the safety and Zero Harm of our people. Personnel at the Lowman job site in Leroy, AL recently completed an on-site rescue training that included a simulated practice drill. The drill covered extracting an injured individual from a building, ensuring the proper safety gear was utilized and that the injured subject was safely secured and removed from harm’s way. Great job team!
