I’ve got three pieces of exciting news to share.
First, we’re continuing to listen to your feedback as we work to create a better agent experience. As part of that effort, we’ve just signed a lease for a beautiful, upgraded corporate headquarters in Eagleview (same area as our current office). The lease goes into effect in August.
The new Exton Office address will be:
760 Constitution Dr., Suite 106, Exton, PA 19341
The new suite is 3,668 square feet. Springer Realty Group will be based in a large glass-walled office that will be perfect for closings, client meetings, and team gatherings.
So why 3,668 square feet? That brings me to announcement #2.
As many of you know, I’ve talked a lot about mental health over the past year, partly because of my own personal journey, and partly because of the many honest conversations I’ve had with people around me (including many of you). So many of us are quietly carrying things. And while our experiences are all different, one thing I’ve learned is this: we’re all going through something.
From that place, I’ve been trying to live a little differently, more present, more accepting, and with less stress. That shift has led to the creation of a new company I’ve been quietly building over the past year: LEAF Collective.
LEAF stands for Lightness, Ease, Acceptance, and Fun. It’s about creating a community rooted in wellness, connection, and a more intentional way of living. The new space will bring in a mix of wellness professionals, such as therapists, Reiki practitioners, coaches, and more, who will work alongside us in the same building.
We’re also leasing an additional suite that will be used for SRG events, yoga and breathwork classes, and wellness workshops
LEAF Collective will host events as well, some focused on well-being and connection, others just for fun. Think music, meaningful conversations, and gatherings built around community and living with a little more lightness.
We’re also exploring ways that the wellness professionals in the space might engage with the SRG community, whether through pop-ups, collaborations, or potential perks. More to come as it takes shape.
And finally, announcement # 3. I want to introduce Michael Todd, who’s joining us in a hybrid role. Michael will be helping with creative and operational support for both LEAF and SRG, from marketing and branding to events and agent resources. He’ll become more involved over the coming months, and I think you’ll enjoy getting to know him.
