The Firefish Swim Team has a packed schedule this season! From training opportunities to family fun, there’s something for everyone.

· Jumpstart Clinic – Get a head start for the season with this special training session.

· Coaches Clinics – Improve your swim technique with expert coaching.

· Firefish Family Movie Night – Join the team for a fun-filled evening with family and friends.

· Big Meet of Champs – June 28^th – Cheer on the swimmers as they compete in this exciting events!

· End-of-Season Party – Celebrate a great season with the team.

Phase Two of Perimeter Fence

Project: Planning Underway

We are pleased to share that the planning for Phase Two of the Perimeter

Fence Project is now in progress. As part of this phase, letters have

been sent to homeowners whose properties are along the planned project area.

If your property is included, you will receive a letter with important details

and next steps. If you are unsure whether your property is part of this

phase, we encourage you to watch for the letter or reach out to the management office for clarification.

Home Modification Applications

Applying for a modification approval is simple and can be done through the TownSq app or online at Firethornecai.com. Follow the steps below to ensure your application is processed smoothly:

1. Complete the Application: Access the form on TownSq or the Firethornecai.com website. Fill it out thoroughly, providing all necessary details.

2. Gather Supporting Documents: Collect any relevant documents needed to support your application.

3. Scan and Submit: Upload the completed application and all supporting documents through the TownSq app.

4. Management Review: The management team will review your submission to ensure everything is in order before forwarding it to the ARC committee.

5. Processing Time: 5 – 7 business days for the committee to review and make a decision.

6. Receive Your Verdict Letter: Once a decision is made, a verdict letter will be generated, published by management, and automatically mailed to you.

By following these steps, you’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient application process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact management for assistance!
