We know that there are many of you behind the scenes - without us knowing - who advocate for TIDE and our mission. Sometimes we find out about it. Sometimes we don't and we never get a chance to thank you. Please know we appreciate you and your support will never be lost on us.

In Grace's email, she mentions creating a bigger pie for all and advocating for underrepresented groups to have a bigger piece of that pie. 🥧 Here's a recent article on Institutional Investor that highlights how hedge fund investors are missing out on some of the industry's best talent. Managers with diverse backgrounds have been outperforming for decades but still, get overlooked. Despite stellar performance and generating alphas higher than non-minorities, diverse managers still struggle to attract capital. Check out the article here.

The Knight Foundation recently published a study that assesses the relationship between the diversity of ownership and diversity of portfolio management teams. The study shows that there is a positive correlation of ownership diversity and team diversity. Check out the report here.
