Max 100 words and optional creative. All graphics must be submitted in photo format as an attachment and be 5 MB or smaller. Ongoing submissions must be submitted weekly. Submissions will not be shared indefinitely to ensure M4M is fresh and engaging. If your submission includes links, please confirm they are active prior to sending.
