Changes to Bucyrus Campus Redevelopment Project

Developer Scott Crawford, Inc. received city council approval with a 4-3 vote, for changes in the project located at 1100 Milwaukee Ave & 10th Ave, relocating a building and reducing the number of apartment homes for a private elementary school. These updates more closely reflect the community's Comprehensive Plan and support a broader range of land uses in the downtown.

100 15th Avenue Redevelopment Project Moves Forward

In 2023 the vacant medical building received approval by the city to repurpose the two-story building into 20 market rate apartment homes, including site improvements. With a new property owner, the plans are revived and construction is set to begin this year.
