OAKLAND COUNTY, MI (December 2, 2024) – Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is pleased to announce Robert Blumenfeld as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Blumenfeld’s unique set of skills in financial management, strategic planning, human resources, information technology, risk management, and facilities meaningfully contribute to this key role.

Blumenfeld assumed the financial responsibility of overseeing budget, accounting, financial contracts, forecasting, and financial planning. Blumenfeld comes to OCHN with professional depth and understanding of behavioral health, residential and community-based services, as well as consulting. He previously worked with numerous successful and well-regarded organizations including The Children’s Center and Orchards Children’s Services.

Blumenfeld received his Master of Science (MS) in Corporate Finance from Walsh College, as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Wayne State University. Additionally, Blumenfeld is a Certified Management Accountant.

OCHN is contracted by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to lead a provider service network and manage care for approximately 29,000 Oakland County citizens at more than 400 service sites across the county. People who receive public behavioral health services through OCHN's provider network include those who have an intellectual or developmental disability, mental health concerns, or substance use disorder. Most of these individuals have Medicaid insurance coverage.
