Executive Director Update

It's been a busy and exciting season here at CITE! In this update, we're thrilled to share the launch of our new recertification platform for education programs — a major step forward in making the recertification process smoother and more accessible for our certificated graduates. We're also opening a new enrollment window for our Identity and Access Management On-Demand Academy, a topic that was directly sourced from member feedback. Keep watching our online member community in early October for updates on legislation signed by the Governor and how it will impact districts—especially since there is a new call for action around AI and technology use.

Thank you for being part of this community — your engagement is what makes CITE's work possible.

New CITE Education Program Recertification Portal is here!

Attention CTOM, TMAP, and KITT alumni! The CITE Education Programs Team has been hard at work creating a new and improved Recertification Portal to make maintaining your CITE certification easier than ever.

Recertification helps you demonstrate continued knowledge and proficiency across Leadership, Technology, and Education while keeping your CITE certification current. It’s also an opportunity to continue investing in your professional growth and stay connected to the CITE alumni community.

The new portal makes the process easier with a streamlined submission experience, batch CPE hour uploads, and automatic certificate creation.

A big thank you to the Education Programs Team for their work in developing this new platform and making the recertification process more accessible for our alumni!
